Canned (good any time on the trip) chili made from red beans and tofu in a flavorful sauce.

Add your choice of meat or meatless option to these easy SIMMER SAUCES - make it even easier with pre-cooked meat.       = meal is vegetarian by adding a meatless proteinThe estimated time to prepare is 35 - 55 minutes from shopping to serving, depending on the meat/meatless options chosen.  Fresh meats are suitable for the first 12 dinners; canned meats are suitable for any day of the trip.  Select quick rice and sides for a fast and easy meal.
