"Thank you for a very well organized trip. The high quality gear, intelligent systems and food are all top notch. We had a great put-in, due in large part to our PRO Advisor, Beth's expert guidance and patience. She is efficient, positive, knowledgeable, has a great attitude and solid information - we couldn't imagine it going better."

What is the Painless Private?
The Painless Private is the complete integration of all our services.

Gear
Your trip will be outfitted with PRO's fine equipment. Much of the essential gear is included with the Painless Private, but this is not a "package deal" - you only pay for the gear that you need to rent. Select your boats from our well maintained fleet of PRO Rigs. You will receive a detailed load list with everything PRO is supplying, along with a gear info sheet to help filling out the NPS gear section of your permit application.

Food
Our Menu Plan lets you select meals from our delicious and diverse fare. Choose a river-tested Sample Menu to save time, Modify a Sample Menu or Build Your Own Menu. Recipes and complete how-to's allow even the most novice cook to prepare meals. Your food cost is based on your specific menu selections, so you can control how much or how little you spend on food.

Shuttle
We provide round-trip shuttles for your group, personal gear and PRO gear. Our vans and five-ton trucks with lift gates make for a smooth, comfortable launch and take-out. For safety's sake, after driving these highways for decades, we do not use roof racks or pull trailers. Our drivers are safe, courteous and capable.

PRO Advisor
One of PRO's experienced (average of 30 years with PRO) crew sets you up for success: helping organize your gear and rig your boats, demonstrating the use of PRO equipment, staying overnight with a shuttle vehicle to transport your group to dinner and also assists with the NPS Ranger check-out.

"I want to thank you for the key role PRO played in our GC trip in July. I've heard for years that there really is only one quality choice for getting outfitted, and now I'm a believer too. My expectations were pretty high, but your folks, equipment, food and service were fantastic."
